Located on a 45-acre site in Vineyard, Utah—once home to the former Geneva Steel mill—The Forge at Geneva is entitled for over 1.8 million square feet of office, retail, and multifamily development. With Vineyard rapidly transforming from a rural town of just 110 residents in 2010 to over 12,000 by 2020, the site sits at the heart of one of America’s fastest-growing communities, strategically positioned near two major universities.
To help stakeholders and potential investors grasp the site’s full potential, Chase developed a series of compelling 3D visualizations and graphic scenarios. These tools illustrated how the site could evolve into a vibrant, mixed-use district — highlighting the flexibility of development parcels, connectivity to surrounding infrastructure, and the long-term value of placemaking.
The visuals played a key role in building confidence among public and private stakeholders, aligning expectations, and ultimately accelerating investment interest. By translating abstract entitlements into a tangible, compelling vision, Chase’s work helped catalyze momentum for the next chapter of growth at this landmark Utah County site.
