As part of Metta Urban Design, Chase worked to update code graphics for clarity and ease of use as well as testing potential code changes on prototypical lots to help “right-size” the revised zoning code standards, ensuring compatibility with existing neighborhoods, community expectations, and new state-mandated development regulations.
