Envision Central Heber | Heber City, Utah

Overview

As a direct follow-up to the Envision Heber 2040 General Plan, this project focused on creating a long-term, community-supported vision for Heber City’s historic downtown. Chase worked closely with Heber City Planning Staff and a broad range of stakeholders to lead a series of virtual design charrettes, where participants collaboratively explored ideas for the future of downtown.

Through these interactive sessions, Chase facilitated discussions around land use, urban form, and public space, translating community input into 3D visualizations that illustrated a range of design and development scenarios. These graphics helped make complex planning concepts tangible, allowing both residents and elected officials to better understand potential outcomes and trade-offs.

The result was a clear and compelling vision that aligned with the values of Envision Heber 2040, positioned downtown as a vibrant civic and economic center, and provided a strong foundation for future planning and investment.
